Volume 1: The Martini

We are so excited to kick off “Cracking the Vault,” a recurring cocktail class series at Trust. Throughout the course of this series, we'll be exploring the history of some of the world's most recognizable classic cocktails. Where did they begin? Why have they stood the test of time? What is the best way to make them, and why? What other modern classics have they inspired? Throughout our interactive classes, we'll be answering these questions, creating the cocktails themselves (yes, that means you, too!), and having an open discussion about the history of cocktails that provide the foundation of our craft.

In our first class, we'll be covering one of the most iconic classic cocktails of all time: the Martini. From the original Martinez to the edgy Vesper and plenty of variations since, we'll dive into all the details of the story behind this beauty (and drink a few along the way, of course).
