The cocktail program at Trust is built as a timeline—past, present, and future—each section reflecting a different moment in cocktail culture .
The Past is rooted in classic cocktails and timeless techniques, paying homage to the foundations of modern cocktails while quietly nodding to the history of the building itself. These are familiar drinks, executed with intention and respect for tradition.
The Present features our current specialty cocktails, each named after a piece of artwork on display in the gallery. Order a drink, then explore the space and discover the work that inspired it—blurring the line between what’s in the glass and what’s on the walls.
The Future is coming soon. This section will push beyond our usual style, introducing modern techniques and more experimental ideas—imaginative, creative, and intentionally different.
Finally, The Vault holds favorites from past menus—the cocktails that earned their place and refused to disappear.
