Cracking the Vault: A Classic Cocktail Class Series at Trust
Volume 1: The Martini
We are so excited to kick off “Cracking the Vault,” a recurring cocktail class series at Trust. Throughout the course of this series, we'll be exploring the history of some of the world's most recognizable classic cocktails. Where did they begin? Why have they stood the test of time? What is the best way to make them, and why? What other modern classics have they inspired? Throughout our interactive classes, we'll be answering these questions, creating the cocktails themselves (yes, that means you, too!), and having an open discussion about the history of cocktails that provide the foundation of our craft.
In our first class, we'll be covering one of the most iconic classic cocktails of all time: the Martini. From the original Martinez to the edgy Vesper and plenty of variations since, we'll dive into all the details of the story behind this beauty (and drink a few along the way, of course).
Led by our bar manager and resident cocktail nerd, Greg, these classes are something you won't want to miss. Grab your tickets now and come join us for the most fun you've ever had in class.

“To celebrate Earth Day the Loutopia way, we're back with another art exhibition!
Since 2024, folks from St. Louis and beyond have been gathering around Loutopia to talk about and visualize our shared futures through creative means; murals, conversation, collaborations, and workshops. Little did many people know, we were creating the beginning of a solar punk future. This exhibition showcases the manifestation of this optimistic, artistic, sustainable future we could create together.
Loutopia is kicking off a two-month art exhibit on the 3rd floor of Trust with this opening event. There will be lots of art, things to do, and good vibes overall -- you should come and bring friends :) . It's FREE!”

Gallery Opening Night
Our third exhibition features original work from 11 local st. louis artists. Join us at our opening reception from 7pm-10pm on friday, march 13th. we will have a menu of specialty cocktails inspired by the work in the show, along with complimentary snacks available throughout the evening. Come support your local arts community.
Studio Showdown
Studio Showdown is a live painting competition featuring local St. Louis artists.
Watch painters create original pieces in real time after a surprise prompt is revealed. The crowd brings the energy, you cheer them on, and then you vote for your favorite.
This is not a typical gallery night. It’s interactive, fast-paced, and built to uplift local artists by putting their work in front of a packed room.
Silent auction
At the end of the night, you’ll have the chance to bid on the artwork created live during the showdown. Artists receive 80% of the final sale price, and 20% supports event production and helps us keep bringing nights like this to St. Louis.

Our second exhibition explores the theme of growth, transformation, and exploration. The art on display embodies evolution in all forms, be it conceptual, emotional, or material. Through this theme, we aim to explore how transformation can be captured and portrayed through art. How it evolves, how it feels, and how it shapes both the artist and viewer.
