Please note: submissions for our upcoming exhibition on march 13th are currently closed.
With that said, we do accept submissions all year round on a rolling basis. Any new submissions will be in consideration for upcoming exhibitions and future PROGRAMMING.
Legal
In submitting, artist (1) accepts all conditions listed in this Request for Submissions; (2) represents, warrants and covenants that artist is not infringing on any proprietary right, copyright, patent right or any other right of any third party, and artist will indemnify Trust and their agents, employees, affiliates, licensors, and business partners harmless from and against any and all costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred in relation to, arising from, or for the purpose of avoiding, any claim or demand from a third party that the submission, ownership, display, sale or the presentation of artist’s artworks violate any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of any third party.
Publicity
Trust reserves the right to photograph all final artwork delivered by the selected artists for this project, to be included in print and digital publications produced for publicity purposes and artist will be credited.
Opportunity for sale of work
● All artwork on display is available for purchase on-site and through truststl.com.
● Trust requires 10% commission of sale. Artist receives 90% of sale.
● Any artwork sold must remain on display for the duration of the exhibition and will not be removed early. Shipping will be handled by Trust at buyers expense.
Benefits
● Artwork selected for exhibition will be located prominently in the public spaces of Trust, located at 401 Pine St.
● Daily foot traffic includes cocktail bar and cafe guests along with the members of TechArtista Downtown
● Promotion through Trust's website and social media accounts.
